Grand Avenue Closed 9-1-2023 7:00am-7:00pm
Grand Avenue will be closed between East Highland Avenue and Cross Avenue intermittently from 7:00 am - 7:00 pm. Local traffic will be able to get in and out of their homes. During this time East Mount Avenue will be closed intermittently between Chapin Avenue and Eighth Avenue. Officers will be on scene to assist in any way possible
