Last Day to Register to vote for the November General Election is October 12, 2021

The legislature passed a law providing that anyone who has ever applied for a vote-by-mail ballot in the past few years, even if it was requested for only one election, will automatically receive one in the mail for this election.

Receiving a vote-by-mail ballot means the voter can not vote in a machine and must vote the mail ballot or by provisional ballot in the polling place.

To opt-out from receiving a vote-by-mail ballot, fill-in and mail this form:

https://www.monmouthcountyvotes.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/10/Fillable-Voter-Mail-In-Ballot-Opt-Out-Form-October-15-201Filla8.pdf  and return it to the Board of Elections by August 31
