Borough Administrator Robert Ferragina is an appointed official who serves as Chief Executive Officer of the Borough of Atlantic Highlands and is responsible for carrying out the policies and directives of the Governing Body.

The Borough Administrator manages the day-to-day operations of the Borough and is responsible for 49 full time and approximately 20 seasonal / part time employees.

As the Administrator, Mr Ferragina oversees an operating budget of more than $17 million dollars that supports the municipal, harbor and water & sewer utility.
