The Vision of the Highlands / Atlantic Highlands Municipal Alliance is a community where alcohol abuse and misuse is not the norm. These communities will be a place where underage people can achieve their full potential and become an asset to the community.

Mission

The Mission of the Highlands / Atlantic Highlands Municipal Alliance is to provide comprehensive alcohol prevention services to all residents and employees of Highlands and Atlantic Highlands. The Alliance encourages increased community awareness and participation in all activities and events.
