Fall Soccer Atlantic Highlands ∙ Highlands 2010
Fall Youth Soccer Program This recreational youth soccer program emphasizes sportsmanship and youth fitness for boys and girls ages 5-12. Teams play short-sided soccer, maximizing player participation, and skill development. To participate in AH/H Youth Soccer your child must be 5 years old as of October 1, 2010 Youth Soccer Team Age Groups: Ages 5&6 include birth dates: Ages 7&8 include birth dates: 10/2/2003 to 10/1/2005 10/2/2001to 10/1/2003 Ages 9&10 include birth dates: Ages 11&12* include birth dates: 10/2/1999 to 10/1/2001 7/1/1997 to 10/1/1999 PLEAS BRING ALL REGISTRATIONS TO : R.D. Wilson Memorial Commnity Center 22 Snug Harbor Avenue Highlands, NJ 07732 You’ll need a completed registration form with the following to register: Pediatrician name and phone number Two (2) emergency contacts - names and phone numbers and $40.00 Registration Fee (check, cash, or money order) and Parent Code of Conduct Form Please make checks payable to Borough of Atlantic Highlands All forms are found below. Please consider being a coach, assistant coach or referee. We need your help to make this year’s program successful! Projected 2010 Season: Coaches will begin to contact players in late August to arrange practice days and times. The season begins Saturday, September 11th and continues through Saturday, November 13th. Teams practice one evening per week with one game each Saturday. Parents interested in coaching, assistant coaching, and/or helping as a referee are needed! Please contact us. Questions??
