Dear Harbor Tenant,

In an effort to provide emergency information to the tenants of the Atlantic Highlands Municipal Harbor, The Borough of Atlantic Highlands has expanded the use of its SWIFT911 Emergency Notification System.

SWIFT911 is a high speed notification program capable of providing important messages via telephone and e-mail. These messages would include weather emergencies as well as any important information regarding the harbor facility that may affect your boat, slip or mooring.
