Raffle Licenses http://www.ahnj.com/ahnj/Forms/Municipal%20Clerk%27s%20Office/Raffle%20Licenses Application for Bingo and Raffle License When you have completed filling out the form, present it to the Municipal Clerk, along with a valid registration certificate issued by the Legalized Games of Chance Control Commission [LGCCC]. The application must be received 7 days prior to a scheduled meeting of the Mayor and Council[you may reference the Borough Calendar to obtain the dates]. The Governing body must approve your license at an open public meeting. Once the Governning body approves the license there is a 15 day review period by the LGCCC prior to the license being issued. You cannot begin any portion of the raffle prior to physically receiving your license from the municipal clerk.
