Raffle Licenses Application for Bingo and Raffle License When you have completed filling out the form[s], present 3 originally signed and notarized copies, to the Municipal Clerk, along with an ORIGINAL valid registration certificate issued by the Legalized Games of Chance Control Commission[LGCCC] and the appropriate application/license fees. The Municipal Clerk may approve your application after which there is a 15 day review period by the LGCCC prior to the license being issued. You cannot begin any portion of the raffle prior to physically receiving your license from the municipal clerk. | |||||||||||||||||
